Only open since late January 2015 Bien Aimé is an elegant space with perfect service starting with the charming  manager/sommelier Dami Chong. Chef Regis Versieux has trained with some of Paris’ best chefs, including Joel Robuchon and I look forward to his summer menu on my next visit.
