John and Susanne have made it their canteen during a one month stay in Paris.
The 3 guys ordered pavés de charolais with perfectly fried frites for 16.50 euros. The meat was simply seasoned with sea salt as were the crunchy fries.
Susanne had what she described as the best pork dish she ever had. A bottle of Chiroubles was passed around and an assortment of cheeses rounded out a perfect, simple meal.
